Hello Everyone! Earlier this month I had a fall break from work and I made four coats. I work for a public charter school and our school years are longer, but one of the treats is a fall break. Today’s post is about my chambray coat that I made using B6244.
How to Slay the Look
Fabric: This lovely chambray fabric is from LA Finch Fabrics. This was my first time ordering from this company and I am truly pleased with the quality. The fabric is mid-weight and has a nice drape.
Jeans: H&M
Bracelets: DIY fabric covered bangles
Pattern Modifications: I added pockets. If you want to see how I did this, you can check out my duster tutorial. I modified the pattern using the same technique.
What are your fall and winter sewing plans?
Cute…I can’t wait to make it! I love your style!
