Happy Thursday! I’m back this week with another DIY maxi skirt. I made the skirt using a polyester crepe that I found at my local fabric store. This fabric tends to shift when cutting so I used pins as reinforcement while making my skirt panels. I demonstrate this in the video below.
For the pockets I used another piece of remnant fabric. I used the same remnant to make an Imani necklace to bring the look full circle. I will be starting a new series on my channel soon, dedicated to different projects where I use my scrap and remnant fabric.
