Hello Everyone! Happy Tuesday! It’s been a while since my last post, this new school year has kept me quite busy: creating lesson plans, developing a classroom culture and grading papers, seriously the grading never ends. I have also been developing my first pattern for my new pattern line. I’m so excited to launch my kickstarter and the tutorial next week. Today I’m here with a pattern review for Simplicity 8546 shirt dress. In the video below I answer all of the standard pattern review questions as well as talk more in depth about how I chose which size to cut. There are also some video clips of me wearing this outfit at the end of the video.

Fabric: My fabric is from PFAB Designs on Etsy; the fabric is now sold out, but it may be back soon. I did find the same fabric in a different shop here. I haven’t purchased from this seller yet, but I do plan to try them out as I have favorited many of their items. If you purchase from them, please let me know how you like the quality.

Just a little FYI The pattern number you have posted is not the one you created. I believe it is Simplicity 8546. Some may want to make it and we’ll be a little lost.
