Hello Everyone! It’s been a while since my last post. I was in a car accident a couple of months ago and my injury left me with the inability to sew. About two weeks ago I began sewing again and I managed to record a tutorial. Yay! The tutorial is for a bishop sleeve with a ruffle cuff. I posted a sneak peek of the sleeve in my Instagram stories while I was out taking pictures for the blog. The tutorial will be up next week, 1/16/19. Stay tuned.
In the video below I’m discussing my 2019 goals and recapping all of my 2018 DIY looks.
God Is Good All The Time ! So glad and grateful He kept you and helped recover to the point where you are able to enjoy doing what you love ! That’s truly when you know you are on your way back ! The road back to recovery is very hard and only you know the real struggle as well as your loved ones ! God is mysterious, in the way He takes you on different paths to bless you ! I hope you will continue to hear His voice and feel His presence in this New Year as you take your test to be a testimony to so many out there who hunger for the hope and the beauty of new beginnings ! Thank you, for continuing to be positive and authentic !
Wishing you and yours, continued blessings in the New Year !

Montoya, I am so happy to hear that you are recovering from the accident and can sew again. I loved all of your looks from 2018 but I have to say that my favorite is the Tory. I did purchase the pattern and I’m looking forward to making it out of Ankara fabric. You are a wonderful instructor. I have enjoyed watching and learning from your videos. I pray that your healing will continue and that 2019 will be a great year for you and your family!
